GRANNY FLAT TIMELINE

A clear process from first site check through to installation and handover. Most projects follow a staged process of around 2-3 months from order. Approval timeframes vary depending on the property and approval pathway.

What happens at each stage

Stage 1:
Site Assessment

We check the property, access, service locations & planning requirements.

Stage 2:
Feasibility & Quote

We confirm the preferred option, review the scope & provide a quote.

Stage 3:
Contract

The contract is signed & 20% deposit paid so the project can move forward.

Stage 4:
Approvals

We handle the approval process, including documentation, consultants & submission.

Stage 5:
Order

Once approved, a 50% deposit is paid & the granny flat is ordered & prepared for delivery.

Stage 6:
Installation & Connection

The granny flat is delivered, installed, connected & made ready for handover. The final 30% balance is paid on completion.
